zucchini filled in with tomato and tuna sauce


Ingredients for 2 persons:

4 zucchini (or more it depends!)
4-5 tomatoes
tuna chunks
cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Empty the zucchini with a spoon and put them in the oven meanwhile you prepare the rest.

Fry in a pan one onion with oil and then add the tomatoes duly chopped and the tuna chunks and cook by adding salt and pepper.

Once ready filled in the zucchini with the sauce prepared and put some cheddar cheese too, then put the zucchini in the oven for 15 minutes.
